Welcome, and thank you kindly for considering Think Joy Studio! We await your next request, pencil in hand.

Can I request custom-made products such as illustrations and T-shirts? Do you sell physical and digital art pieces based on certain requests?

Yes and yes! You have come to the right place. To get a feel of what the final product may look like, we recommend browsing the Portfolio and storefront. If you have questions before or after proceeding with a commission request, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Do note that Think Joy Studio has the right to refuse any commission or inquiry. Any requests that infringe upon and/or violate original Intellectual Property rights, Copyright law, or Think Joy Studio’s TOS are subject to denial.

 

Are commissions still open for the service category I want?

Those with open slots are denoted as “Currently accepting orders.”

Commission categories that are Waitlisted are marked as “Details on availability coming soon”. You can still submit a request, however your request may be Queued or Denied based on availability.

 

What response ETA should I expect for my initial inquiry?

1-3 business days.

 

What can I expect once my commission is accepted?

After the commission has been accepted, Think Joy Studio will generate an invoice. You will receive an email with the invoice link where you will sign the Service Agreement & pay the deposit.

Unsigned contracts and the payment portal can be re-accessed using the link in the email.

Estimated Time of Delivery will be documented in the invoice details.

 

How much is the Deposit?

10% of the commissioned product’s subtotal.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

To pay an Invoice, the following are accepted: Credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, Cash App Pay

 

What can I expect when my order is fulfilled?

Once the commissioned product is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your request & a link for Check-out and Confirmation of Delivery. In order to pay, you’ll be required to confirm they accept the goods and services with satisfaction.

 

I want to commission artwork that will be for monetized use, are you accepting inquiries?

For non-personal artwork inquiries, please email directly to proceed. Scheduling an e-meeting with Think Joy Studio to gather project and product requirements may be necessary.

For each service option, after final payment the corresponding product will be provided to the customer as follows:
